Local IT Support Backed by Real Experience.

I grew up on Cape Cod with a deep curiosity about how technology works. I attended Cape Cod Regional Technical High School studying IT. Before long I was doing real IT work, supporting small businesses and retail clients across the Cape.

In 2015 I enlisted in the United States Air Force. I served as a 3D172 or Cyber Transport Craftsman working as a Network Controller managing multi-vendor network infrastructure, then advanced to Network Infrastructure Supervisor, where I led a team of airmen, and oversaw base-wide infrastructure projects. I also deployed as a Help Desk Technician, supporting network standup and workstation operations in high-tempo joint environments. I reached the rank of Staff Sergeant.

After the Air Force, I worked as a contractor supporting Space Force mission systems. I was responsible for complex enterprise environments running Linux and Windows servers, VMware vSphere and Horizon, Active Directory, and mission-unique software across multiple domains. I led a multi-environment vSphere upgrade project, and served as the primary system administrator for two security and compliance inspections. In those environments, getting it right the first time was not optional.

My technical background covers Linux and Windows Server administration, VMware virtualization platforms, Cisco networking and voice systems, enterprise storage solutions, containerized services running on Docker, and segmented network architectures. I bring those same standards to every client engagement, regardless of scale.

My family is originally from the North Shore, and after my military service I returned to Massachusetts and settled on the South Shore. I have genuinely fallen in love with this community. The local businesses, the neighbors who take pride in where they live, the sense that people actually look out for each other: this is the community I want to serve.
